3 Bedroom Caravan. It is 32ft Length, Extra Wide at 12ft.
More Luxurious with more facilities within the Caravan.

It has one double bedroom, plus two twin bedrooms.
There is a small sofa double within the lounge. It can sleep up to 8 including children/babies.

It has one Bathroom with Shower and Toilet.

The Lounge has plenty of seating with a Dining area. There is a door between the Lounge/Kitchen and Bedrooms adding privacy in the evenings.

It is a self catering accommodation. We do however provide one dustbin sack, toilet roll, brillo pad and washing up liquid on arrival.

Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, small Fridge Freezer. Extra Pots/Pans, Cooking Utensils.

TV plus DVD Player with Freeview in Lounge.

Iron and Iron board.

Parking is situated outside the caravan. The caravan is in a quiet area but only a three minute walk to the amenities.

There is a electric wall mounted heater in the lounge, plus a gas fire. Heating within the bedrooms are warm blow heaters. There is a heated towel rail within the bathroom. Two small oil heaters are provided.

Quilts and Pillows are provided. Bed Linen can be provided at an extra cost of
£30.00 (3 bedrooms)

NO smoking is allowed within the caravan.

We can provide a Travel Cot and Highchair ( you will need to request this beforehand).

The caravan is not disabled friendly. There is 3 steps to enter the caravan.

Cost of Passes: Please note: Pay cash passes are £10 per stay per person ( under 3 free) Pass prices can change, this is the Parks decision not ours.

£20 per adult and £15 per child ( under 3 free) Low Season
Passes are required at busy times for the Swimming Pool, and Entertainment Venue. They are also required for Bingo.
Passes are NOT required for Arcades, outside play, Restaurant/Bar.
