3 Bedroom Caravan. It is 28ft in length, 10ft wide.

It has one double bedroom, plus two twin bedrooms. There is a small sofa double within the lounge. It can sleep up to 8 including children/babies.
It has one Bathroom with Shower and Toilet.
The Lounge has plenty of seating with a Dining area.
It is a self catering accommodation. ( one dustbin bag and toilet roll is supplied on arrival)

Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, small Fridge Freezer.

TV plus DVD Player with Freeview in Lounge.

Parking is situated outside the caravan. The caravan is in a quiet area but only a three minute walk to the amenities.

There is an electric wall mounted heater in the lounge, plus a gas fire. Heating within the bedrooms are warm blow heaters. There is a heated towel rail within the bathroom.

Bed linen or Towels are not provided. However Quilts and Pillows are. You will require a base sheet. Bed linen can be provided at an extra cost of £50 ( 3 Bedrooms)

NO smoking is allowed within the caravan.

NO Cot or Highchair is provided.

The caravan is not disabled friendly. There are 3 steps to enter the caravan.

Check in is 12.30 pm, check out 10 am.

Passes are obtained from Reception once you arrive, the price of the passes are NOT included within the price.

Cost of Passes:

£25 per adult and £20 per child ( under 3 free) High Season ( May to September)
£20 per adult and £15 per child ( under 3 free) Low Season
Passes are required at busy times for the Swimming Pool, and Entertainment Venue. They are also required for Bingo.
Passes are NOT required for Arcades, outside play, Restaurant/Bar.
