It has one double bedroom, plus two twin bedrooms. There is a small sofa double within the lounge. It can sleep up to 8 including children/babies.

It has one Bathroom with Shower and Toilet. PLUS a further Toilet. Great for larger Families!
The Lounge has plenty of seating with a Dining area.

It is a self catering accommodation. ( one dustbin bag and toilet roll is supplied on arrival)

Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, small Fridge Freezer. Extra Pans/Utensils.

TV plus DVD Player with Freeview in Lounge.

There is a electric wall mounted heater in the lounge, plus a gas fire. Heating within the bedrooms are warm blow heaters. There is a heated towel rail within the bathroom.

Parking is situated outside the caravan. The caravan is in a quiet area but only a three minute walk to Swimming Pool and Restaurant.

Towels are NOT Included

NO smoking is allowed within the caravan.

We can provide a Travel Cot or Highchair, which MUST be ordered before the break.

Any Fishing Equipment must NOT be left within the Caravan.

The caravan is not disabled friendly. There is 3 steps to enter the caravan.

Check in is 2.30 pm, check out 11 am.
