3 Bedroom Caravan. It is 30ft in length, 12ft wide.

It has one double bedroom, plus two twin bedrooms. There is a small sofa double within the lounge. It can sleep up to 8 including children/babies.
It has one Bathroom with a wider Shower and Toilet.
The Lounge has plenty of seating with a Dining area.
There is a door between the Lounge/Kitchen and Bedrooms.

It is a self catering accommodation. ( one dustbin bag and toilet roll is supplied on arrival)

Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, small Fridge Freezer.

TV plus DVD Player with Freeview in Lounge.

There is a electric wall mounted heater in the lounge, plus a gas fire. Heating within the bedrooms are warm blow heaters. There is a heated towel rail within the bathroom.

FREE WIFI.

Parking is situated outside the caravan. The caravan is in a quiet area but only a three minute walk to the amenities.

One minute walk to the Fishing Lake.

Bed linen or Towels are not provided. However Quilts and Pillows are. You will require a base sheet.

NO smoking is allowed within the caravan.

NO Cot or Highchair is provided.

Any Fishing Equipment must NOT be left within the Caravan.

The caravan is not disabled friendly. There is 3 steps to enter the caravan.

Check in is 2.30 pm, check out 11 am.
